Your negotiating committee met with the Company on November 6, 13 and 14, 2014 to continue
negotiations. In attendance for Aer Lingus were Ken Karchinski and AnnaMarie Weismantel.
Present for the Union were GC Mike Manzo, Diana Seddio and Maria Restucci.
The three days were spent discussing various Union and Company proposals concerning shift
bidding; medical insurance costs and cost containment options; Holidays and the day in lieu;
TOT bank cash out options; bereavement leave consistency; longevity pay and changes in the
job descriptions for Cargo and Reservations.
We are still waiting for an insurance quote from the IAM Benefit Trust Fund as we continue to
explore medical insurance options.
We are tentatively scheduled to meet again on December 8 and 9, 2014.
