Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiation Committee is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement in principle with McGee Air Services today.
The committee is working to finalize all the details and will provide you with a summary of the proposed changes later this week. Additionally, we are preparing a “redline” document, which shows the modified agreement with every proposed change to the contract. This document will be sent to every IAM member at McGee before the contract vote.
Voting will be conducted online only, starting on August 12 at 4 am Pacific Time, and ending on August 14 at 5 pm Pacific Time.
Before the vote, the Committee will visit all McGee locations to explain the proposed changes and answer any questions you might have. A bulletin will be posted soon with the dates and times for all locations, along with additional information about the online voting process.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members at McGee who have supported this committee from the start of negotiations. We greatly appreciate your patience and solidarity.
