Air Transport District Lodge 142 (DL) is pleased to announce a Stewards Training Conference to include only the following airline members: American Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, PSA Airlines and Air Wisconsin Airlines. The Training Conference will be held at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center according to the following details:
- Conference Dates: Wednesday, May 29 – Friday, May 31, 2024. (3 days)
- Travel Dates: Tuesday, May 28 and Saturday, June 1, 2024.
- Shuttle Service: From/to Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Training Conference attendance lost wages, all related expenses and submission of Union business leave/time off requests to the respective Company responsibilities will be borne by the Local Lodges (LL). Attendees must be approved by his/her LL to register and attend the Steward Conference.
Among the topics included for the Conference are:
- Railway Labor Act
- Contract Negotiations Updates
- Steward Training/Effective Tools for Grievance Writing
- Grievance Manager Program (GMP)
- EAP, Flight Safety, Ground Safety
- National Group Protection (NGP)
Enrollment Information: (1) Attendees must be approved by his/her LL. (2) Upon approval by the LL, the Recording Secretary will forward the following information to DL 142 only via email to: | Subject Line: CONFERENCE APPROVED STEWARDS:

Enrollment Deadline: The deadline to provide the above registration information to DL 142 only via is:
