Air Wisconsin Tentative Agreement Reached

After many long months of Section 6 negotiations, with a significant number conducted in Mediation with the National Mediation Board, a Tentative Agreement has been reached with the Company. This new 3-year Agreement continues to provide economic gains and long term financial  and job security for the membership. The highlights of this Agreement are as follows:

·  Improved language throughout CBA ·   A&P License Premium Increase
·  Crew Chief Premium Increase ·   Base Pay Increases over term of CBA
·  New uniform Article ·   New Line Station Article
·  Amendable date of Sept 20, 2022 ·   Job protection for term of CBA

Your Negotiating Committee worked long and hard to achieve this deal that keeps you at the top of the regional industry and fully support it. This Committee unanimously recommends a YES vote on this Tentative Agreement.  Your Negotiating Committee will be working over the coming week to release the complete CBA with all language changes for the membership to review. A bulletin with information about the future scheduling of ratification meetings will be released very shortly.

With best wishes we remain,

Sincerely and fraternally,

James M. Samuel
