HMO Arbitration Kaiser South reconvened for the second day of testimony on July 7, 2016 at the DoubleTree SeaTac, Seattle, Washington.
In attendance were Chairman John B. LaRocco, Board Members Isabel Dukes for the Union and Keith Abernathy for the Company. Representing the Union Jeffrey Bartos, attorney; Lisa Vickery, attorney; Jackie Fay, General Chair District 142 and grievant Rachael Ackerman. Representing the Company Maranda Rosenthal, attorney; Bob Hartnett, Labor Relations and Natalie Haggard, Labor Relations.
Arbitration was concluded on July 7, 2016 with instructions for counsel from both sides to present briefs to Chairman John B. LaRocco with a decision to be rendered after review.
