Your IAMAW Negotiating Committee met with the Company on August 31 and September 1, 2015, in Houston, Texas. In attendance for the Company were Assistant Vice-Presidents, Edward Rose, Brian Xavier, and Harold Loy. In Attendance for the Union were Reggie Willis, Aubrey English, Tim Savoy and General Chair Mike Manzo
The current unsettled issues concern moving from the current Allied Security Fund into the Allied 401K Plan and the Medical/Health insurance. We are waiting for a quote from the IAM Benefit Trust Fund to see if we can lower the current cost to the employees of their health insurance.
We have managed to finalize all of the other outstanding issues. The current Collective Bargaining Agreement was extended an additional thirty (30) days until September 30, 2015. All the current terms and conditions of your current Agreement will stay in place.
