On March 28, 2017, the employees at Allied Aviation Mechanics, Tank Farm Operators along with Paint and Body have unanimously ratified a tentative agreement. The new contract will be in effect on the Date of Ratification, (DOR) March 28, 2017 and become amendable on March 31, 2019. Special thanks to your Negotiating Committee Reggie Willis and Aubrey English along with the IAM Team.
The new contract will provide a signing bonus for members hired after November 2015, On Scale Employee increase of Wage Scales, along with Off Scale Employees receiving a 3% percentage lump sum payment on the first pay period following the Date of Ratification, (DOR) along with 2.75% base pay increases in the first pay period July 2017 and 2018. The contract contains many enhancements, be sure to get a copy from your Shop Stewards. We want to thank the employees for their solidarity in make the agreement possible!
