Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company for a new collective bargaining agreement on Tuesday July 12 and 13, 2016 for the second round of negotiations. Present for the company were Assistant Vice President Ed Rose and General Manager Richard Griffiths. Present for the Union were General Chair Tim McCulloch, Manual Nieves, and Jose Caudillo. We would also like to thank Special Representatives Mike Manzo and John Werkmeister for their assistance.
The Committee gave the Company the proposals for Articles 7, 10 and 11; we are waiting for a response at this time. We are scheduled to resume talks the week of August 7, 2016 and the week of August 14, 2016.
