On May 8, 2017, the employees at Allied Aviation LGA have ratified a tentative agreement by a majority of the Members voting. The new contract will be in effect on the Date of Ratification, (DOR) May 8, 2017 and become amendable on March 31, 2019. Special thanks to your Negotiating Committee Manuel Nieves and Jose Caudillo along with the Grand Lodge Representatives Mike Manzo and John Werkmeister.
Highlights of the Tentative Agreement are as follows:
Pay scale increases. All Employees over the scale will receive lump sum payments.
Day trade protection language.
Vacation Day at a Time allowance.
Enhanced Emergency Day language.
Increase attendance incentive.
The contract contains several other enhancements, be sure to get a copy from your Shop Stewards. We want to thank the employees for their solidarity in making the agreement possible!
After signing of the Agreement, we will begin working on getting copies of the final agreement to all employees.
