To the TEB Membership:
With the ratification of your Collective Bargaining Agreement on July 24, 2019, your
agreement is in full force and effect. This being said, we have completed drafting the
CBA as ratified. All changes have been added to your agreement and put into a format
for printing. The Company and the Union have completed the review of the agreement
and agreed the document is ready for printing. When the new contract book is printed,
copies will be sent to the Stewards to distribute to you. Your Stewards have been
provided with a copy of the print ready agreement to use until the contract books have
been printed and distributed.
