Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company to continue negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement on Wednesday June 8, 2016. Present for the company were Glen Gross, Vice President Regional Operations; Carol Moore, Vice President Human Resources; Laura Vines, Director Human Resources; Joe Fazio, Base Manager and Tim Bannon. Present for the Union were General Chair Tim McCulloch, Orlando Pena, Alan Mazza, and Jose Lugo.
The parties reached a tentative agreement which is subject to approval of the Grand Lodge and ratification by the membership.
Your Negotiating Committee Members will be distributing copies of the Tentative Agreement and there is an informational meeting scheduled for Tuesday June 14, 2016 between 10:00 am – 4:00 PM in the conference room at Teterboro to answer any question the membership has concerning the tentative agreement. Grand Lodge Representive John Werkmeister and I will be attending the informational meeting.
