Your negotiating committee is pleased to announce that, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), and CommutAir have reached a new tentative labor agreement.
The overall value of the four-year accord makes huge inroads to improving quality of life and major financial improvements. Your negotiating committee unanimously recommends a YES vote on this contract, as the tentative agreement will be presented to the membership for a ratification vote.
Your negotiating committee was also able to attain a six-month early opener achieved in the last TA in order to take advantage of the major growth projected by CommutAir.
Wages
• All flight attendants will receive immediate increases that are an average of 10%
• All eligible flight attendants as of the time of voting will receive a lump sum payment of $500 and $250 every year after through 2022. Total bonus will be $1250
• $37.83/hour top of scale by end of contract

Tentative Agreement & Letters of Agreement
Informational sessions discussing the agreement are scheduled from December 10 – December 20 in both crew rooms. Representatives will also be available for questions via phone. In addition to the information sessions, members will be able to vote at any base on December 16th, 18th and 20th from 8am-5pm local time. If you do choose to vote out of base, a challenged ballot will be used to be reconciled at the count. Ballots will be mailed in secure envelopes to the District Lodge office for the count. Due to the holidays the result of the vote will be counted and announced January 7th.
