District Lodge 142 is proud to announce the unanimous membership ratification of the recent tentative agreement with Signature Flight Support – IAD.
The new collective bargaining agreement provides substantial wage improvements retroactive to September 1, 2021, improved vacation accrual, and additions to Classifications.
Ratifying an agreement of this magnitude is a difficult, to say the least. Ratifying an agreement just one week before the biggest Holiday Season of the year is impressive. This agreement would not have been possible without the expertise of the IAD negotiating committee and steadfast support of the membership. Thank you to the entire IAM-IAD Signature team and congratulations to the membership on ratifying your new contract.
