The 2025 Special Election is scheduled for July 11, 2025. Polls will open at each local polling site at 6:00 am and close at 6:00 pm (in each site’s respective time zone).
A sample ballot is attached to this bulletin for your review.
Additional information can be found on the District 142 website at www.atd142.org/2025-special-election/, including the General Rules for Nominating and Electing Officers at IAM District 142, voting locations for each D142 local, the Special Election Official Circular, and a PDF version of the mail-in absentee ballot request form (for those who do not wish to use the online form).
We encourage all members to apply for an absentee ballot, to be assured of your ability to cast a vote in this important election. The absentee ballot request form can be filled out and submitted online at the link below, or by scanning the QR code:
