Sisters and Brothers:
As you know the Et. Al. (group) grievance regarding ERJ furloughs not being recalled prior to COLAs being canceled was filed on January 13, 2018 and heard on January 31, 2018. Yesterday, on the 10th working day after the hearing, we received a denial from the Step 1 hearing. Today, this grievance was appealed to Step 2 in the process and will be heard with Step 2 grievances in ATL on February 27, 2018.
