Sisters and Brothers:
In accordance with LOA 13, we have already started preliminary talks regarding applicable work rules and pay for the larger EMB 175 aircraft. We are in the process of developing a comprehensive proposal to present to the Company. In the event we are unable to reach an agreement the matter will be referred to binding arbitration as outlined in LOA 13. We will keep you advised of any updates.
