Sisters & Brothers,
As the airlines first responders, we are working through unprecedented times. Always remember your safety remains at the forefront, no matter what. We have outlined a quick guide of what to do, in the event that you suspect or have been notified of a possible exposure to Covid-19:
- Visit the CDC website immediately and follow all of their protocols.
- Contact your doctor over the phone and follow all of their protocols.
- Contact scheduling and call out for your trip.
- Contact the IAM & the Company Base MGR via email, and let them know, “I believe I have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus, and I am experiencing symptoms. I have contacted my doctor and have been advised that I self-quarantine until testing becomes available, please advise on the company protocol during this time.”
- You will be contacted by the IAM if you notified us, and we will provide any and all resources possible, including assistance in finding the nearest testing sites, EAP support, and constant check-ups throughout your recovery.
We are committed to ensuring that you have the best available resources. Please
keep all lines of communication open, and if you have any questions, we are
always here 24/7. Below are a few contacts to keep on you at all times:
