The Union contacted the Company immediately when we noticed there was a “system failure” with our Preferential Bidding System (PBS) . The “system failure” occurred on 7/14/2015 at approximately 1:55 p.m. EST and lasted until approximately 3:18 p.m. EST. If you have placed your PBS bid for August 2015, we suggest you recheck your bid to ensure it’s there. Please contact a Grievance Representative if you have any questions or concerns.
