We have lost a dear friend and valued colleague, as Sister Crystal McDowell’s body was found yesterday after going missing over two weeks ago. Crystal was a beacon of light to everyone who crossed paths with her. She was no doubt one of the most loved and respected flight attendants we have ever known. Let her memory be an inspiration to us all to try to be that bright light to each other especially in these trying times. Each of us not only grieves the passing of such a tremendous individual but also for the loss her family and especially two young children suffer. Our hearts and prayers go out to them.
