December has proven to be a challenging month when bidding, don’t forget to add an Unstack Bid Sheet. Directions on how to do an Unstack Bid Sheet are on the Flica Cover Sheet. There are SME’s (subject matter experts) in each base who are there to help you. Please utilize their days and hours, listed below.
ATL – Aimee Bauer-Berry will be available beginning on Sunday, November 13th through Thursday, November 17th from 0900-1700. Aimee can also be reached at 404-856-2094 or 404-856-2093.
DTW – Tim Chiwill be available beginning on Tuesday, November 15th through Thursday, November 17th from 0800-1630.
DFW – Leslie Rivera will be available beginning on Tuesday, November 15th through Thursday, November 17th from 0800-1630.
PBS Hotline
Anita will be returning from vacation and will be staffing the PBS hotline beginning on Monday, November 21st through Wednesday, November 23rd from 0900-1700. The telephone number is 404-856-1815.
Remember to:
- Preference your days off in the order of importance.
- Cascade your preferences
- Utilize the unstack option
- Have at least 2 bid sheets plus your Unstack Bid Sheet
- Utilize the Personal Credit Threshold option under Schedule Options
