As you have seen in recent communications, the IAM Negotiating Committee has reached an exciting moment for all ExpressJet Flight Attendants! Now is the time that we want YOU to join the team and demonstrate that we are united to attain the best possible contract!
We are entering the Scheduling and Compensation sections of negotiations and we are asking you to submit your ideas and show your support to our team at the table.
When you are flying, stop by and visit your local base representatives and write down your words of support and ideas on a piece of paper. We will collect these energizing and motivating submissions and send them straight to the committee!
Reserves: What sort of work rules would you like to see? Call-out times? Ready Reserve times? Reserve credit? ….. PAY?
Lineholders: What sort of work rules would you like to see? Trip trades/flexibility? Commuter options? ….. PAY?
