Sisters and Brothers:
In an effort to reach a tentative agreement on a joint collective bargaining agreement (JCBA), your negotiating committee met with the Company and a Senior Mediator on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at the National Mediation Board in Washington D.C.
During the meeting we reviewed all open issues in the JCBA and identified which items remain outstanding. We also discussed in detail the economic issues that are still on the table to ensure both the company and your negotiating committee are working on resolving those issues.
The mediator has not set a date for our next negotiations session, however, we will advise you as soon as new dates have been set.
We remain committed to achieving a tentative agreement that will provide pay parity and improvements to our quality of life.
