Negotiations Update
After the IAM’s request for a proffer of arbitration last month, IAM District 142 and ExpressJet Airlines have agreed to continue joint contract negotiations the week of April 25th in Atlanta, GA.
Compliance Reminder for Reserves

As the Company has been utilizing FAs from various bases to cover the staffing needs, we want to remind all RSV FAs to review the appearance standards for our mainline partners (uniform guidelines, hair styles, etc). This is especially important for those FAs who operate for UA or DL, but may not operate AA often. If you are on RSV, be sure to have your AA uniform pieces with you while you fly, as we have noticed a need for staff in DFW.
If you have any questions or are unsure about the guidelines, please reach out to your local grievance representative(s), and we will be happy to assist.
IAM Disaster Relief
As you know, there has been severe flooding in the Houston area, which has caused devastating destruction of homes and property. We have hundreds of ExpressJet IAM members living in the area who may have been affected. As IAM members you have access to the IAM Disaster Relief Fund, which is funded from voluntary donations only.
If you are in need of disaster relief assistance please contact your Local Lodge President and they will guide you through the process.
