Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 negotiations team met with Air Wisconsin the week of March 19, 2024, at the District 141 offices in ORD.
On March 20, Air Wisconsin passed counters to the Union on COFPS ART 13 and ART 26, and MRP ART 12 and ART 18. The Union gave the company COFPS ART 5 counter-pass and ART 2 pass, along with MRP ART 1, ART 3, and ART 14 passes. We secured a TA on ART 24.
On March 21, Air Wisconsin sent a counter on COFPS 32 and we secured a TA on ART 5 and MRP ART 20. The Union gave the company MRP ART 18 and COFPS 26 passes, and we secured a TA on MRP ART 1.
The Union and Company also discussed several articles that have been passed and are tied to financials: MRP ART 5, ART 6 and LOA AMAP, and COFPS ART 8 and ART 9.
We have scheduled future dates to meet with the company in May and June, and tentative dates in July and August. Your negotiations team will continue to meet to work on any outstanding articles.
