Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your District 142 COFPS and MRP negotiation teams met with Air Wisconsin leadership the week of July 31st, 2023, at IAM District 141 headquarters in Chicago.
Discussions between both negotiation teams and the Company centered around economic packages. Both sides put forth an effort to reach common ground on wages for both the COFPS and the MRP groups with the goal of a 2-year economic extension. The dialogue was positive and productive for a full week of negotiations.
The Company and the Union proposed future dates to meet. We have tentative dates set for the week of September 5th and September 11th, with confirmed dates for the weeks of September 18th and October 2nd. Those meetings will be held at the District 141 offices in Chicago.
