Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 COFPS and MRP negotiations teams met at the District 141 offices in Chicago October 16 – October 20 to work on counters back to Air Wisconsin and to draft additional proposals to pass back next week.
For COFPS, the team worked on counters back to the company on Articles 3, 8, and 10. The COFPS team then worked on Articles 12, 13, 15, and 17 for possible passes next week. Work is continuing on Articles 3, 9, and 26.
The MRP team worked on counters on Articles 6, 12, 13, and 34 to pass to the company next week. The MRP team is continuing to work on correcting and proposing much stronger language for Article 5 – Scope, and Article 18 – Grievance Procedure.
Both teams will be meeting again next week in Chicago with Air Wisconsin leadership to continue these negotiations. Thank you all for your steadfast commitment, patience, and solidarity.
