Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your District 142 COFPS and MRP Negotiations Teams met with Air Wisconsin leadership at the District 141 offices in ORD on October 24, 25, and 26, 2023, to continue Section 6 negotiations for both contracts. The week was very productive, with several counters from both sides from the previous meeting in September, and several new passes from both sides.
COFPS
- The COFPS team sent passes on Articles 4, 17, and 18, with counters back to the Company on Articles 3 and 10.
- The Company sent the COFPS team counters on Articles 3, 5, 10, and 11.
- The Company passed the COFPS team Article 10.
- The Company sent a counter back with all accepted proposed changes by the COFPS team on Article 4. We will review it to ensure that it has all our proposed changes, then consider it for a TA.
MRP
- The MRP team sent passes on Articles 4 and 10, with counters back to the Company on Articles 12 and 13.
- The Company sent the MRP team counters on Articles 4, 5, 9, and 15.
- The Company passed the MRP team Article 8.
- The Company sent a counter back with all accepted proposed changes by the MRP team on Articles 12 and 4. We will review it to ensure that it has all our proposed changes, then consider it for a TA.
