Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 negotiating team met with Air Wisconsin leadership in ORD the week of December 11, 2023, at the offices of District 141 to continue the ongoing Section 6 negotiations. It was a productive and successful week, as we secured tentative agreements on several articles, as well as moving additional articles in a positive direction.
The COFPS team reached tentative agreements on Articles 3, 4, 10, 19, 23, and 25. Talks continued to be productive on Articles 8, 11, 17, and 18.
The MRP team reached tentative agreements on Articles 4, 8, 12, 13, 22, 30, and 34. Talks were also productive on Articles 9, 10, and 15.
Your negotiating team and Air Wisconsin have scheduled future dates for the weeks of January 8, February 5, March 11, and April 8, 2024. Team prep sessions will continue before each negotiation week.
There will be a comprehensive, year-to-date bulletin published at the end of this year highlighting all that has been accomplished since the opening of negotiations. Thank you for your continued patience, support, and solidarity as we look forward to 2024.
