Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 negotiations team for Air Wisconsin COFPS and MRP met the week of January 2, 2024, at the District 141 offices to prepare for negotiations the following week.
The negotiations team went over the passes we expect back from Air Wisconsin next week. We also worked on a pass to the Company on the AMPA LOA. We continued working on drafts for MRP Article 1 and Article 2, COPFS Article 1, and the new Article 36 – Status of the Agreement.
We will provide a new update after next week’s rounds of negotiations. We continue to be encouraged by the progress of these negotiations and we appreciate your continued patience, commitment, and solidarity as we continue in 2024.
