Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 representatives met with Allied Aviation Leadership on Monday, November 24, 2025, via Zoom. Mediator McGuckin was present to help facilitate the discussions and keep the process moving forward.
The sessions were productive, with extensive dialogue focused on the economic proposals for our members in San Antonio (SAT), LaGuardia (LGA), and Washington National (DCA). As we worked through the exchanges, your IAM negotiating team submitted updated economic proposals for SAT and LGA to the Company on Tuesday afternoon.
We are now awaiting the Company’s review of the documents. As these discussions continue, we ask for the ongoing support and solidarity of the membership. Your unity strengthens our ability to secure an agreement that reflects your priorities and recognizes the critical work you perform every day.
We remain hopeful that we will reach a Tentative Agreement in the near future and will provide additional updates as soon as more information becomes available.
