District 142 intends to open contract negotiations with Amentum Customs & Border Patrol in April or May of this year. To prepare for these talks, your negotiating committee is issuing an official Call for Contract Proposals.
Submitting contract proposals is one important way for you, the IAM members at Signature, to be directly involved in negotiations for your next contract. Please use the QR code or link below to access the online contract proposal form. The deadline to submit proposals is February 28, 2026.
It is important that you sign up for email and text message alerts from District 142 before negotiations begin. To do so, visit the District 142 website, www.atd142.org, and click on the links at the top of any page to “Join Our Email List” and “Sign up for Text Messages.” This will ensure you receive timely updates directly from your union representatives and negotiating committee members.
Once a Tentative Agreement (TA) is reached with the Company, you can only participate in the contract vote if you are a member in good standing with the IAM.
