Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Committee is preparing for the impending Section 6 negotiations between the TWU-IAM Association and American Airlines. We previously issued a Call for Contract Proposals, and you responded enthusiastically. We have read your proposals and prepared a simple survey for you to rank the issues in order of importance. This gives us valuable feedback and clarity on exactly what you, the membership, most want and need from a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
