To prepare for negotiations between the IAM and Atlantic Aviation ASE, we need to know what issues about your job and work life are important to you. We have created a simple survey for you to rank those issues in order of importance. This gives us valuable feedback on what you, the membership, most want and need from a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

While the survey is short and easy to complete, please set aside enough time to consider how you rank the issues presented. Your rankings will determine how we approach negotiations for your new Contract.
