IAM District 142 is preparing to open negotiations with Atlantic Aviation PHL. One of the first steps in this process is the official Call for Contract Proposals. Submitting contract proposals is one way you, the members, can be directly involved in negotiating your contract.
The Contract Proposal Form is online at the link below. You can also scan the QR code to access the form from a smartphone or tablet.

If you wish to submit multiple proposals, please fill out a separate form for each proposal. When submitted, these proposals go directly to your General Chair for review. The deadline is May 17, 2024, so do not delay.
Once a schedule for negotiations is agreed upon, we will update you on the dates and continue to update you on the progress. Our goal is always to bring you a Tentative Agreement that you will be proud to vote YES for.
