The Union met with the Company on May 2nd and May 3rd, 2016 started negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. Present for the Company were VP Regional Operations East Coast Glen Gross, VP Human Resources Carole Moore, VP Regional Operation Tim Brannon, and General Manager Joe Fazio. Present for the Union were Grand Lodge Representatives John Werkmeister and Mike Manzo, District 142 General Chair Tim McCulloch, Committee Members Orlando Pena, Alan Mazza and Jose Lugo.
Proposals were exchanged and explained by both sides and there were numerous discussions on the non-economic issues presented.
We are scheduled to meet again on June 8th and 9th, 2016 at Teterboro to continue negotiations.
