Sisters and Brothers,
Although there has not been any meetings over the past few weeks, the Union and the Company have had a continued and ongoing dialogue to resolve the remaining issues that have prevented a resolution concerning the retiree health care. I am pleased to report that progress has been made but there remains work yet to be completed.
The parties have agreed to meet face to face again next week in NYC. I am hopeful that after those meetings we will be able to announce whatever the outcome that these talks produce. Once the meetings are completed, whatever the outcome, a bulletin with further details will be released.
