IAM General Grievance for Pass Violations Moving to Arbitration

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

This message is to provide an update on the General Grievance filed for Pass Violations.

We have now moved the grievance from Step 2 to Arbitration per Article 20 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and the process of striking for Arbitrators begins immediately. As soon as Arbitration dates are confirmed, we will notify the membership.

Immediate Action by anyone impacted is required. It is important to understand that there is no guarantee that warnings or suspensions will be removed. Arbitration outcomes can vary, and the Company may not overturn all disciplinary actions.

For this reason, we strongly urge every affected member to submit an individual appeal right away. How to File Your Individual Appeal:

Send your appeal directly to the Company at: travelprilegesreview@wnco.com. Your outcome may depend on:

  1. The information and documentation you provide.
  2. The details of your explanation
  3. The Company’s response to your submission

Filing your appeal promptly is essential to protecting your individual case. We will continue pressing this issue through the grievance process and will update you as soon as an arbitration date is finalized.

Sincerely and fraternally,

John M. Coveny, Jr.
