The IAM/Jetstream PHX Agreement will expire on December 31, 2023. As we prepare for contract negotiations, this bulletin will serve as an official Call for Contract Proposals.
All proposals must be submitted on a Contract Proposal Form, or online form, and received at the District Lodge 142 offices no later than November 3, 2023. Please use a separate form for each proposal. Each Contract Proposal Form submitted must contain the following information:
- Identify the article and paragraph you propose to be amended.
- Proposed contract language change or modification.
- Example of a problem with the current language or the reason for the change.
- Your name, Local Lodge (2559), and employee number and/or IAM Book number.

When using the printable form, please complete and return it to your Shop Steward or General Chair or mail it to the address at the top of the form.
