Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM Negotiation Committee met with McGee Air Services for another negotiation session last week, from April 21 to 25, at the District 142 offices in Phoenix, AZ. The two parties were extremely productive, exchanging multiple proposals.
By the end of the week, four more tentative agreements had been reached for the following sections:
Section 2 – Classifications & Vacancies
Section 5 – Hours of Service
Section 7 – Union Representation
Section 8 – Grievance Procedure
Your Negotiation Committee is committed to proposing and securing substantial changes to your Contract to improve the quality of work and life for all IAM Members at McGee.
Another bulletin will be issued shortly regarding the dates and times for an online Teams Meeting, allowing you the opportunity to hear directly from the Committee and ask questions.
The next negotiating session is scheduled for the week of May 19, 2025.
