Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Last week, at the 2025 Transportation Conference in Las Vegas, we had a valuable opportunity to meet with IAM leadership from both the International and District levels, as well as McGee leadership. The discussions were productive and characterized by constructive dialogue, with meaningful progress made on several key topics.
Due to this positive momentum, both the union and the company have agreed to meet earlier than originally planned. Our next negotiation session is now scheduled for the week of July 7, 2025.
We remain hopeful that these upcoming negotiations will keep moving us closer to securing a strong contract—one that provides better benefits and improves the overall quality of life for our members, while also supporting McGee’s continued growth and success.
Your Negotiation Committee will continue to take your issues to the table, and we are committed to securing the best possible contract for you to vote on.
