IAM/MCGEE AIR SERVICES REDLINE TA, HIGHLIGHT SHEET, ROADSHOW SCHEDULE, AND INFORMATION UPDATES

Dear IAM McGee Members:

Your IAM Negotiation Committee is proud to announce that after rigorous bargaining, we have reached a Tentative Agreement with McGee Air Services. The redline version of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and a Highlight Sheet summarizing key wins and changes are now available for your review.

✅ UNANIMOUS RECOMMENDATION TO VOTE YES
After careful review and consideration, your Negotiation Committee unanimously recommends a YES vote on this Tentative Agreement. We believe it delivers significant gains while preserving the core values we all stand for.

🔹 What’s New?
The redline CBA clearly outlines every proposed change, giving you full transparency on what’s different. The old language will have a strike through it, while the new language will be in red. Any language in blue signifies that it is language previously in the CBA, just moved to a new section. The Highlight Sheet provides a quick reference of the most important improvements, including:

Ratification Bonus, Wage increases across all steps, and increased PTO accruals and maximum banks.

We’ve fought hard for a contract that reflects your dedication, protects your rights, and strengthens our position for the future.
