The ratification vote for your Tentative Agreement will begin on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 4:00 a.m. Pacific Time, and will end on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Voting will be conducted exclusively online and managed by BallotPoint Election Services.
All McGee Air Services employees who are IAM members in good standing and have current information on file with the company will begin receiving a series of notifications from BallotPoint starting tomorrow, August 6, 2025. These notifications will be sent via email and text message exclusively to your personal email address and personal phone number. You will not get any notifications from BallotPoint on your work email or work phone.
The emails and text message notifications you receive from BallotPoint will contain all the necessary information and instructions to vote starting on the 12th. Do not delete or misplace these emails and texts, as they are the only accurate sources of information you’ll need for voting. If you haven’t received anything from BallotPoint by the end of the day tomorrow, August 6, make sure to check your Spam or Junk mail folders.
You will also get a reminder notification the day before voting starts, the day voting opens, and before it closes. Please vote as early as you can and avoid waiting so you won’t miss the deadline.
