Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM members at Allied Aviation EWR have voted YES to ratify a new three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement that includes wage increases on the Date of Ratification (DOR) and annual wage increases, improvements to longevity pay and skill pay, an additional holiday, and provisions for a three-month early opener (section 6).
District 142 leadership will work with Allied Aviation leadership to ensure that all new contractual language is implemented correctly and in a timely manner.
We would like to extend sincere thanks to our members at Allied Aviation EWR for your solidarity, support, and patience throughout these negotiations and mediation. We are proud that you have ratified this new agreement. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our negotiating committee who worked above and beyond to educate our members on the details of the new agreement and answer your many questions and concerns.
