The IAM membership at Signature Flight Support MDW has overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. 81% of the members participated with 91% voting YES for the new contract.
District 142 has informed the company of the successful ratification vote and we will now begin the process of preparing the final version of the contract for print, web, etc.
Your union is proud of the membership at Signature MDW who worked together with the negotiating team and stood together in solidarity to get the contract that you deserve. As the new agreement is implemented over the coming weeks, we look forward to continuing to work with you and appreciate your commitment and patience.
