Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 is proud to announce that our members at Signature Flight Support ORD have overwhelmingly voted YES to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that includes wage increases, increased Lead and QA premiums, increased sick pay usage, and Attendance Policy enhancements.
The next step will be to get the final signed version of the CBA printed and available to our members in ORD. Work will begin on this immediately with the goal of getting a copy to every member as soon as possible.
We would like to thank all our members at Signature for their support and solidarity throughout these negotiations and a special thank you to District 142 General Chair Bill Wise for spending time in the station this week to answer members’ questions and concerns.
