Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Team meet with Menzies leadership in IAH the week of February 23. We continued to have productive discussions and made significant progress towards an eventual tentative agreement for you to vote on.
Our discussions focused on multiple articles including financials. While a tentative agreement is close, some details need to be finalized. Both the IAM and Menzies remain actively engaged and committed to resolving these outstanding issues as quickly as possible.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and will provide further updates as they become available.
When a new tentative agreement is reached, only Union members will have the opportunity to vote on it. If you are not a dues paying IAM member in good standing, you can sign up at the following link https://eforms.iamaw.org/memapp/DL142.
Remember, the only accurate source of information will be from District 142 and your Negotiating Committee.
