Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM Negotiating committee met on February 14, 2023, to review our position prior to meeting face to face with Menzies negotiators on February 15 and 16.
During these meetings, all open proposals were reviewed with the company to determine their status. We then exchanged proposals on Schedule “A” wages and premiums, Art 8 Overtime and Holidays, and we presented language for a Signing Bonus.
While we had a lot of good dialogue with the company, we are still apart on the economic issues. We will set future dates in the hopes of concluding the bargaining process to achieve a contract our members deserve. With best wishes, we remain
