District 142 is preparing for the upcoming contract negotiations with Menzies ORD 474. We are issuing an official Call for Contract Proposals, along with a negotiations survey for our Menzies members.
Submitting contract proposals to your IAM leadership is one way to be directly involved in the negotiations of your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Completing this step, along with the survey, enables our negotiating committee to represent your interests at the negotiating table effectively.

The deadline to submit proposals is Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm CST. You can submit as many proposals as you like, but please complete the survey only once. Your continued support and solidarity are more needed than ever as we prepare for these important negotiations.
