Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The new IAM Pension Fund rates, effective the first Monday after the effective date of the proposed Contract Extension, are attached to this bulletin.
Unless expressly modified or amended herein, all other provisions of the current TWU-IAM Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) in effect as of the Effective Date of this Extension Agreement will remain in full force and effect through the new Amendable Date of June 26, 2027.
Any provisions in the JCBA that have a defined expiration date linked to the original JCBA Amendable Date will be linked to the new Amendable Date.
