IAM/PSA AIRLINES MEMBERSHIP UPDATE – TA VOTING INFORMATION

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

In addition to the prior bulletin released about voting for the IAM-PSA Tentative Agreement on June 12 (https://atd142.org/psa-airlines-tentative-agreement-ratification-vote-update-how-to-vote-and-what-to-expect/), below you will find additional important information that everyone needs to know:

  • The Union will be utilizing a company by the name of BallotPoint to administer this vote. This service is paid for by the Union. BallotPoint is a third-party provider with no connections to the Company or Union except for the services that they have been paid to perform.
  • All eligible (i.e., dues-paying) IAM members at PSA Airlines will receive a pre-vote email from BallotPoint on June 16 with information about the upcoming vote.
  • If you do not receive an email from BallotPoint, you are not on the list and will need to rectify the situation to be able to vote.
  • An additional email will be sent to all eligible members at approximately 0500 EDT on Monday, June 19. At this time, the program will begin accepting TA vote submissions via the link contained in the email.
  • These emails will be sent to your personal email address if it is on file, if not they will go to your PSA email address. If you are uncomfortable voting from a work computer, forward the email from your work address to your personal address in order to vote from your personal computer or device.
  • The email you receive to submit your ballot is unique to you and cannot be used by anyone else. To do so may ultimately void your ballot.
  •  On Tuesday, June 20, at approximately 1700 EDT, the program will no longer accept ballot submissions and will tabulate the results.
  • Information concerning the outcome of the TA vote will be released no later than 1800 EDT via a District Lodge 142 bulletin.
  • If you have any problems at any point in this process, please use General Chairperson James M. Samuel as your primary point of contact. He can be reached at the email address or number listed below.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to your negotiating committee member or your General Chairperson, James M. Samuel, at or (859) 653-4037, for additional help or information. Thank you for your patience and commitment. With best wishes we remain
